These guys (James and Tristan) were awesome! They walked us through every step to get our roof paid for by insurance after recent hail storms. James Bowman  ( President of Sales) and his team made the insurance claim and roof installation an easy and stress free experience for us. James and his team did an outstanding job. We used Shield Roofing and Restoration to put a new roof on our office building. Brent and Phil were awesome and did everything they could to ensure that our roof was bought! They worked around our office hours to get our roof done quickly and efficiently, and if there was any issues Brent was on it right away. I had the best experience with Shield Roofing and Restoration! They were easy to get in contact with, responded quickly, and broke everything down so I knew exactly what damage they saw and made it easy to understand. I highly recommend shield roofing. They were very professional and walked me and my wife through the complete process step by step and made it a seamless and very easy process for us. The work they did on our house was excellent and was done in only one day including clean up. They cleaned up so well you could never tell that they were there in the first place. I used shield roofing for replacing my roof from storm damage that I didn’t even think would get it covered. Brent came out and inspected my roof and got my insurance to replace it. It was the easiest process I’ve ever been apart of because I really didn’t have to do anything. They were always prompt and professional and did all the work for me. They tore off the old roof and replaced it in a single day and didn’t leave a trace of trash or anything. They even painted my vent pipes to match the color of shingle. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our roof was completely damaged and storm blew a chunk off and we had water everywhere in our house. This company went above and beyond to talk to our insurance company and make sure we got everything we needed/covered for our roof. The crew was on time and made sure to treat our house like it was theirs. They were able to get the whole roof done in one day and cleaned up EVERYTHING, leaving our yard looking better than we left it. This company is professional and easy to work with. They answered all our concerns and questions, and made the process so easy. Do yourself a favor and call them before calling any other roofing company!!
